Who Funds Abortion - Corporations

One of the resources to view corporate funding or sponsorship of certain issues is 2ndvote.com. Besides weekly updates of evaluations, they have a large database of prior results. Each corporation is measured on:

   Second Amendment

   Environment

   Marriage

   Life

   Education

   Immigration

   Religious Liberty

Through their research they identify where a corporation contributed funds directly or indirectly in each category. The grading is:

1 - Indicates direct support to a liberal organization; example Johnson & Johnson

2 - Indicates indirect support to a liberal organization; example United Way

3 - Indicates neutrality or no information found on issue

4 - Indicates indirect support to a conservative organization

5 - Indicates direct support to a liberal organization

Then an overall score is calculated. They also propose alternatives for an organization.

With Walmart, as an example, they score as follows:

Second Amendment    1

Environment                1

Marriage                      1

Life                              2  More Con Funds than Pro Funds

Education                    2  More Con Funds than Pro Funds

Immigration                 1

Religious Liberty         2  More Con Funds than Pro Funds

Overall                     1.4

They offer Meijer as an alternative:

Second Amendment   2  More Con Funds than Pro Funds

Environment               1

Marriage                     3  Balance of Pro and Con Funds

Life                             3  Balance of Pro and Con Funds

Education                    -  No information found on issue

Immigration                 -  No information found on issue

Religious Liberty         -  No information found on issue

Overall                     2.6

For each corporation, you can check “Send an Email” to voice your opinion. Also, you can find scores for each grading. For example, you can select “Life” and get a sorted summary of all corporations with their life score. 2ndVote also provides a store shopping guide.

In 2019, Planned Parenthood performed 39 abortions per hour. Corporations and other groups provided funds for the killing.

We now know some of the corporations that our are complicit in the slaughter. Now what? Maybe send an email and support only those that support Life.
